Relaunched motor yacht AKIKO opens bookings for South Pacific yacht charters

By Katie Scott   31 August 2023

Freshly relaunched following a hull extension and interior refit, AKIKO is now available for Australia and South Pacific voyages. Built by Alloy Yachts in 2007, the custom expedition yacht has everything charter guests need to make the most of every unique destination.

Boasting a name in Maori that translates as '‘at a distance from home', 34m (112ft) charter yacht AKIKO promises unforgettable adventures with her ability to access unique, exotic locations and find anchorage in small bays.

Offering an enticing array of spacious exterior living and relaxation areas, she ensures that charter guests can enjoy the surrounding views of every destination during a luxury yacht charter. The full-height windows around the main deck provide a continuation of connectivity to the great outdoors, while also flooding the interiors with natural light.

Being a motor yacht specifically designed for exploration, AKIKO has a garage full of equipment to make the most of each destination in a South Pacific yacht charter. Holding a good selection of tenders including a pair of 5.5m (18ft) Barra boats, a 7.5m (24.6ft) Smuggler RIB Tender, and 1 x 10m Naiad RIB, she can also come equipped with a multitude of other water toys which are dependent on the charter itinerary.

Hosting guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in a five-cabin layout, comprising a master, one VIP, one double cabin, and two triples, charter guests can relax in comfort with premium furnishings and fittings, whilst the master steps up the indulgence with sweeping 180-degree views from the bridge deck.
