Picchiotti charter yacht ‘Grace E’ renamed superyacht NAUTILUS

By Rebecca Bradbury   18 December 2018

After being bought by new owners back in March, the 73m/239ft Grace E will continue to charter in the Caribbean and Cuba this winter with the new name, superyacht NAUTILUS.

Built by Picchiotti in 2014, Nautilus wowed the industry with her eco-conscious credentials, ‘Zen-like’ styling and exceptional spa facilities. Picking up an impressive array of awards, she quickly became a highly sought-after charter yacht and her popularity is expected to continue into 2019 and beyond.

Among her environmentally-friendly features are systems to mitigate exhaust fumes, diesel-electric propulsion and a dynamic positioning system, which means there is no need to drop anchor in fragile environments allowing guests to explore coral reefs without inflicting damage.

Offering those on board peace of mind is also a key theme throughout the open-plan interior, where much care has been given by Remi Tessier to create an overpowering sense of serenity.

Woods such as sycamore wall panels, bleached wenge floors and high-gloss ebony window panes complement accents of stainless steel and gold threads as well as a neutral colour palette. The result is an atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease, no matter whether relaxing or entertaining.

The styling runs throughout the main salon and skylounge, and into the accommodation. In total, the motor yacht can sleep 12 guests on a yacht charter in seven cabins, including a full-beam master suite forward on the main deck, four double cabins and two twin cabins.

Another highlight of luxury yacht NAUTILUS is her dedicated wellness deck, which boasts custom rotating sunbeds, a striking observation salon, a cold dip pool, a sauna, a hydrotherapy pool and a massage and treatment room. As such, charterers are in for extreme levels of pampering.

There is an array of spaces in which to entertain across her exterior too. A resistance pool flanks her aft deck alongside a bar and luxe lounge while the upper deck aft centres on al fresco dining.

Hours can also be spent exploring the wonderful waters of the Caribbean and Cuba thanks to the exciting water toy collection. Brand new for 2019 are some carbon-fibre sailing dinghies and a stand-up jet ski.
