Ideal for Summer Season
Off the southwestern coast of Turkey, where pine-covered mountains fall directly into water so clear you can read the seabed from the deck of a yacht, the Turquoise Coast takes its name from the color of the water. This seven-day circuit from Gocek moves through one of the most layered and visually dramatic coastlines in the Mediterranean, taking in the submerged Byzantine ruins of Kekova, the pine-fringed lagoon of Oludeniz, the Lycian rock tombs above Kas, and the immaculate Ottoman harbor of Kalkan, all framed by mountains that press directly to the shoreline and a landscape dense with ancient history.
- Day 1
Embark in Gocek
On the very first day of your yacht charter vacation, you will arrive at Dalaman Airport to join the crew of your superyacht in the marina of Gocek and begin your Mediterranean yacht charter through the glistening waters of the Turquoise Coast.
Gocek is a small village in an idyllic setting, located in the corner of a well-protected bay with pine-covered hills. Backed by majestic mountains and substantial pine forests, it looks out over the Twelve Islands and offers one of the most picturesque views in the region.
After settling in at D Resort for lunch, enjoy welcome cocktails on deck before the captain sets sail for Gocek Island, the first of many quiet overnight anchorages on this route, where your chef will prepare the evening meal as the sun drops behind the pine-forested hills.

- Day 2
Unwind in Oludeniz and Gemiler Island
Begin the morning at the Hillside Beach Club for breakfast before cruising to Oludeniz, one of the most celebrated natural anchorages on the entire Turquoise Coast yacht charter circuit.
The famous Blue Lagoon is enclosed by a narrow spit of golden sand with high mountains sweeping directly to the shoreline, a setting that consistently ranks among the most photographed in Turkey.
In the late afternoon, cruise to Gemiler Island, set within an amphitheatre of mountains and scattered with remarkable Byzantine ruins. According to local folklore, the island was once a pirate stronghold; given its commanding position and unobstructed views of approaching vessels along this stretch of coast, it is easy to see why. Paragliding from the ridge above offers one of the most dramatic aerial perspectives on the Turkish coast and East Mediterranean charter routes.

- Day 3
Explore the Vibrant Town of Kas
Following yesterday's adventure in Oludeniz, today you and your guests will sail your chosen sailing or motor yacht charter to the charming village of Kas.
One of the most versatile destinations on any yacht charter along the Turkish Riviera, Kas sits on a small rocky peninsula beneath the ancient Lycian ruins of Antiphellos, with a well-preserved hillside theater and rock-cut tombs visible from the water on approach.
By day, Kas is quiet and genuinely relaxed, with excellent conditions for kayaking and scuba diving in exceptionally clear water. The local market is one of the best on this stretch of coast for handmade jewellery, textiles, and ceramics. By night, Kas transforms into one of the liveliest villages on the Turquoise Coast, offering charter guests excellent tavernas, rooftop bars, and a music scene that runs late into the evening.
- Day 4
Discover the Sunken City of Kekova
Kekova is one of the most extraordinary stops on any luxury yacht charter in Turkey, a place where the boundary between above and below the waterline dissolves entirely.
As you cruise slowly along the island's northern shore, the submerged remains of a Byzantine city are visible through the crystal-clear water beneath the hull, staircases, doorways, and the outlines of entire buildings that slipped into the sea following a series of earthquakes in the 2nd century AD. Swimming and snorkelling directly above the ruins is a genuinely singular experience.
After lunch at one of the waterfront cafes, the Simena castle, a Crusader-built fortress above the village of Kaleköy, is worth the short climb for its remarkable views across the Kekova Roads and the surrounding bays. The village below is one of the most unspoilt on the entire coast, accessible only by boat and entirely free of motor vehicles. Spend the afternoon anchored in one of the nearby unspoiled bays before continuing to Kalkan.
- Day 5
The Charming Village of Kalkan
Pretty, prosperous, and considerably more refined than its size might suggest, Kalkan is a favourite among those exploring yacht charters in the Kas and Kalkan region.
The whitewashed Ottoman houses stepping down the hillside to a small stone harbour make for one of the most photogenic approaches of the week, and the town rewards slow exploration on foot.
The Kalkan harbor front is lined with excellent restaurants; the rooftop terraces here are particularly good for a long lunch over the turquoise water below. The surrounding hillsides conceal some exceptional boutique shopping for handmade clothes, furniture, and jewellery. For charter guests wanting a beach day, the vast ancient sands of Patara Beach are a short drive inland and rank among the longest and least commercialized on the entire Turkish coast.
- Day 6
Round off in Sarsala
The final full day of your Fethiye yacht charter is best spent in the complete tranquillity of Sarsala Bay, a pine-fringed inlet of calm turquoise water where the pace drops to almost nothing and the only sounds are the wind in the trees and the water against the hull.
Spend the morning swimming and kayaking in the bay before taking the 45-minute hike through pine forest to the ancient Lycian city of Lissa, where rock-cut tombs overlook the vast expanse of Lake Köyceğiz, a freshwater lagoon connected to the sea by a narrow channel and one of the most unusual landscapes on this stretch of coast. Return to the yacht for a final dinner in a secluded cove, watching the sunset over the Turquoise Coast one last time.
- Day 7
Disembark in Gocek
Your chosen luxury charter yacht makes its final passage back to the marina at Gocek, bringing this seven-day circuit of the Turquoise Coast to a close.
Take a leisurely breakfast on deck and a last swim before heading ashore. The Gocek waterfront is well supplied with cafes and restaurants for a final lunch, and the town's markets are worth a browse before departure. Those with evening flights have the option of staying the night at one of Gocek's hotels and exploring the town at leisure, a quieter and more fitting end to the week than a rushed transfer to Dalaman.
