The 82.5m/270'8" motor yacht 'Emir' (ex. Toshima) was built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan at their Tokyo shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Giorgio Vafiadis and delivered in September 1985. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Studio Vafiadis and she was last refitted in 2018.
Emir has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests in 14 suites comprising five VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 30 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Powered by twin diesel Yanmar (82280-ST) 2,000hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots with a range of up to 4,837 nautical miles from her 180,000 litre fuel tanks. Emir features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 80,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules.
