The MYBA Charter Show will return to the OneOcean Port Vell, Barcelona, for a second year in a row when it celebrates its 30th anniversary edition in April 2018.

A trade-only event, the MYBA Charter Show is dedicated to charter professionals and superyachts and, three decades since its launch, is one of the most important dates on the industry’s calendar. The 2018 edition will run from 23rd to 26th April, coinciding with the start of the Mediterranean charter season.

After taking place in Genoa, Italy, for 27 years, the exhibition took place for the first time in Barcelona, Spain, last year and, following a successful edition, is returning to the Spanish hotspot.

For four days, the attending superyachts will open their doors to charter brokers, who undertake in-depth tours, and meet with captains and crews. With this insider knowledge, brokers are better equipped to help their clients secure the charter yacht of their dreams for the upcoming summer season.

As well as yacht viewings, the show also boasts a lively social programme, including cocktail evenings, broker lunches, yacht hops and a closing beach party. Plus, there is a popular chefs’ competition, and cocktail contest for stewards and stewardesses. Results will be announced in a ceremony at the end of the show.

For more details on any charter yachts attending the show, speak to your preferred charter broker.
