By Oliver Pearson   Last Updated: 20 April 2023

Preparing the superyacht set for some fine Caribbean dining throughout winter and summer, we take a look at the best places to eat in St. Barts in 2023.

As well as throwing the world’s best New Year’s Eve parties, the island of St. Barts is also home to a number of remarkable restaurants which are all easily accessible to those arriving on a superyacht.

Whilst the national cuisine is distinctly French – a fact which can be attributed to St. Barts’ history as an overseas commune- the impeccable array of restaurants is certainly diverse enough to satisfy every traveler’s taste.

Each promising a unique experience, the options range from casual beachside bars to fine dining, all exquisite in their offerings.

To help you decide which is best for you and your charter party, we’ve hand-selected 10 of the very best restaurants to try out this year.

Exceedingly good for seafood lovers, the house specialty is lobster, freshly plucked straight from the tank the dish is served up with three special sauces.

Located in the heart of Gustavia, the cosmopolitan portside capital of St. Barts, a visit to l’Isoletta is the perfect way to round off a day of sun-kissed sightseeing.

Boasting an enviable range of dishes and wines, L’Isoletta is unquestionably one of St Barts’ greatest restaurants

Sourcing ingredients from the local market and wines from Italy, the outdoor terrace is an especially comfortable environment in which to eat.

Of course, due to its close proximity to the bars and clubs of Gustavia, l’Isoletta is a perfect place to grab a bite before a night out on the town.

3. Le Case, Cheval Blanc

Le Case is an opulent beachside restaurant located in the Cheval Blanc hotel in the incredibly chic, St. Tropez. The restaurant boasts an elegant and refined atmosphere, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

The signature Raviole de Champignon comes highly recommended, and there are few places in St. Barts that provide such a fine range of rosé.

Found in a tropical garden not far from Saline Beach, visitors are also able to enjoy breathtaking surroundings whilst sharing a memorable candlelit meal together.

8. Le Tamarin
