PBIBS 2026: Doors Open At The Palm Beach International Boat Show

By Katie Scott   25 March 2026

Cutting the ribbon at West Palm Beach, the 2026 edition of the Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) opens today, inviting the US audience to experience an all-under-one-roof event packed with motor yachts, boat charters, and exclusive merchandise.

Scheduled to run from today until 29 March, the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show has a broad range of debuts around the exhibits across both production yachts and Florida yacht charters, along with many returning favorites, accompanied by plenty of sunshine and an immersive atmosphere.

Looking at the facts and figures of this year's event, PBIBS 2026 is hosting 74 luxury yacht charters, with a grand total of 39 making their Palm Beach debuts. Offering an average length of 40.13m and an average age of 13.09 years, the stats reflect a smaller attending fleet compared to 81 yacht rentals in 2025's edition, but we do have a younger array of yachts, down from an average of 14.33 years last year.

Expecting a footfall of over 55,000 throughout the duration of the show, the Palm Beach International Boat Show has over 600 brands and exhibitors around the displays, showcasing a range of products to complete any yachting lifestyle package, plus dedicated seminars and clinics to hone skills and learn from some of the best in the business.

Doubling the offering for 2026, this year's edition has expanded to two locations for educational seminars. The outdoor seminar tent on the lawn by the Meyer Amphitheater is the place to be to learn angling skills, and over at the Superyacht Show Pavilion, there's an exclusive program of talks surrounding sustainability, USA yacht charter opportunities, and other industry-related topics.

Other highlights around the show include the welcome return of the action-packed AquaZone by Nautical Ventures, which offers great insights into what you can expect on a watersports yacht charter, plus ongoing high-flying demonstrations, and a closer look at the latest equipment.

Younger visitors will enjoy the Cox Science Center and Aquarium, while those who admire the finesse and quality of larger yachts will be pleased to know that the Superyacht Show at Palm Harbor has returned!

PBIBS 2026 In The News

Currently wearing the crown as the largest attending charter yacht for 2026, 247ft (75.18m) superyacht charter KENSHO adorns the pontoons with her striking blue hull, commanding attention from everyone who passes by.

Though shorter in length compared to 280ft (85.3m) charter yacht BOLD, who wore the crown last year, KENSHO makes quite an impression in the Superyacht Show exhibit, marking not only her show debut, but also her first regional appearance at a US-based boat show.
