Following the success of her sea trials earlier this week, the brand new 72m/236ft motor yacht CLOUDBREAK from Abeking and Rasmussen looks to be on course for delivery this May.
Expected to be available for charter later on this year, CLOUDBREAK is the latest project from the prolific German shipyard.
With a gross tonnage exceeding 2,200 GT, it is believed that she’ll be one of the largest motor yachts of her length- a not unimpressive feat.
Capturing the attention of enthusiasts and industry-insiders alike, photos and videos of her berthed in the yard and undergoing sea trials have generated plenty of speculation and anticipation.
Indeed, in the video footage of CLOUDBREAK we published recently, it’s possible to get a real sense of the fine exterior styling of the award-winning designers at Espen Oeino.

Painting her hull a dark grey, the prolific design team have expertly accentuated the yacht’s masculine, almost militant lines.
Whilst the photographs taken by Christian Eckardt show luxury yacht CLOUDBREAK on calm waters, her impressive specs suggest she’ll be capable of delivering a serious seagoing performance.
Though there are no photos of the interior design work carried out by Christian Liaigre, the latest photos also suggest a colourful main deck.
