Monaco Yacht Show 2025: Opening day at Port Hercule

By Katie Scott   24 September 2025

The 2025 Monaco Yacht Show opens its doors today at Port Hercule, with a stellar fleet of motor yachts and yacht rentals showcasing the pinnacle of luxury.

Scheduled to run from 24-27 September, the latest edition of the Monaco Yacht Show is showcasing 115 superyachts with an average age of 6.23 years throughout the pontoons.

Promising a collection of 79 global and show debuts, visitors to the French Principality can expect an exceptional display of motor and sailing yacht charters, with an eclectic mix of new, refitted, and seasoned superyachts.

With the glamor of Monte Carlo surrounding the marina, those looking to secure France or Monaco yacht charters get a real first-hand experience of what to expect on a private yacht rental, with representatives on hand around the docks to provide guided tours of the attending fleet, in addition to a wide range of shopping opportunities to expand collections, update water toy garages, and obtain exclusive merchandise.

For exploration above and beyond the decks of a South of France yacht charter, enthusiasts of watersports and exotic cars can also enjoy dedicated exhibits in the Adventure Zone.

Changing things up slightly from last year, the Monaco Yacht Show continues to push for a greener industry, with the introduction of the Blue Wake program and an associated awards ceremony.

Replacing the Sustainability Hub, the 59 exhibitors chosen for the Blue Wake program adhere to a specific set of requirements, and are highlighted throughout the pontoons; carefully selected for their provision of sustainable options and solutions that are applicable to the wider industry.

The Monaco Yacht Show’s Blue Wake™ programme highlights a selection of practical, operational solutions that can help accelerate the industry's environmental transition.

Within the walls of Port Hercule, the award-winning 351.1ft (107m) superyacht charter MAR takes her place as the longest attending yacht at the show. Making her global debut, she is the largest Benetti yacht for charter, and the third biggest superyacht to emerge from the Italian shipyard.

Sitting comfortably among the fleet of the world's largest yachts for charter, alongside the iconic 400ft (122m) superyacht charter KISMET who holds the record for the longest charter yacht to attend the show, she hosts an impressive array of premium onboard amenities, including a spa-quality health and wellness area, a spacious beach club, and an abundance of alfresco lounge and dining areas.

Joining MAR around the pontoons of Port Hercule, 295.3ft (90m) luxury yacht rental LUNA is berthed at Quai Rainier III for her second consecutive appearance, 154.2ft (46.99m) yacht rental KING BENJI is making a great impression for expedition yacht charters, and 196.10ft (59.99m) charter yacht MEMORIES stands tall for her world debut.
