Superyacht CORAL OCEAN flaunts exciting new look for charter debut

By Nina Done   15 April 2022

After emerging from her transformative refit in 2022, the iconic 73m (238ft) Lürssen superyacht CORAL OCEAN (ex-Coral Island) is looking every inch the star as she gears up for her debut onto the charter fleet in the Mediterranean this summer.

Before After

One of the most impressive transformations to her silhouette is her sprawling sundeck, which has been entirely rebuilt to encompass comfortable sun loungers, a re-designed glass-bottomed spa pool offering unparalleled views and full bar. There is also a casual dining area for informal meals, as well as a state-of-the-art sound system, in-built electric skylight and retractable 85-inch TV.

Originally designed by the award-winning London-based studio Bannenberg and Rowell, the superyacht's styling now offers a neutral scheme with subtle color accents integrated via Art Deco-inspired geometric motifs throughout.

Her vast beam provides ample living spaces, both inside and out, where guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings. She also comes equipped with the latest wellness amenities, including a full indoor/outdoor gymnasium for those keen on staving off the pounds whilst at sea.

Superyacht CORAL OCEAN can accommodate 12 guests across seven luxurious cabins, comprising a spacious Owner’s deck featuring a generous master cabin with his and her en suites, infrared sauna and hair salon facilities, as well as a private terrace and lounge area offering a peaceful retreat for the principle charterer.

In addition, there is a further upper deck VIP cabin with a large private lounge room that can be used for multiple purposes including a movie theater, with the remainder of the guest cabins located on the lower deck.

For water lovers, she has a toy locker full of the latest water sports gear, including Flite boards, jet skis and sea bobs among others, alongside a sizable 38-foot shadow vessel for fabulous day-long excursions ashore.
