Hundreds of the world’s most impressive yachts have gathered in the city's Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto for this year's Cannes Yachting Festival, taking place from September 9 to 14. As one of the most glamorous events to take place on the French Riviera, the 37th edition of the yachting festival promises to be the best yet - with 580 yachts reported to be in attendance this year. Find the best of the global charter fleet attending the show, including the recent Benetti build 'OCEAN PARADISE,' below.
Custom built in 2013; 55m motor yacht OCEAN PARADISE is the largest superyacht in attendance, berthed at the superyachts extension. Showcasing the best of Benetti, she boasts a swimming pool, deck Jacuzzi, beach club and private balcony. Offering accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 cabins, her full-beam master suite offers the ultimate in luxury. Styled by Mauro Izzo, her interior features the latest innovations in contemporary interior design, with textured fabrics and a bold black and white theme throughout. In the evenings, her eye-catching LED lights light up to put on a stunning display.
The 49m superyacht 'MIM' was delivered by French shipyard CMN Yacht in 2001, last refitted in 2012; her interior is stylish and minimalist, with a relaxing ambience prioritised by designer Andrew Winch. With a spacious layout that can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, a luxurious deck Jacuzzi and at-anchor stabilisers ensuring smooth cruising - MIM offers the full package as a charter yacht and can be seen at CANTO010.
Built by Amels in 1999, 49m classic motor yacht 'TJ ESPERANZA' will be a stand CANTO012 at the show. Refit in 2010, her interior is timelessly stylish, designed by the esteemed Terence Disdale. TJ ESPERANZA also sleeps 12 guests in a layout featuring 6 classically designed staterooms, each with unique artwork. Her vast sundeck, with a Jacuzzi that offers breathtaking views over the ocean, is the perfect space for sunbathing and al fresco dining.
