By Editorial Team   23 January 2014

The finalists for the ninth annual World Superyacht Awards have been announced and include 62 of the finest new builds delivered in 2013, including a large number of luxury superyachts which have joined the Global Charter Fleet.

Taking place on 3rd May at the National Maritime Museum in Amsterdam, the winners of the World Superyacht Awards will receive a highly coveted Neptune trophy which will be presented to them during a gala evening and prize giving ceremony.

The judging will be conducted by an independent panel comprising of 20 yacht owners and two industry players at the exclusive Kitzbühel Country Club in Austria during the Superyacht Symposium in February. The results will then be kept under lock and key until the night of the award ceremony.
