September (Dates to be announced)
Back for another year at Vieux Port and Port Canto, the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021 promises another glittering array of yachts on the lineup for its 43rd edition.
Running for five days in September, the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors to the South of France to peruse the 700-strong fleet of vessels.
Alongside the boats, there are expected to be hundreds of exhibitors on display in Cannes. They represent top shipyards, as well as marine services and luxury lifestyle goods.
The Cannes Yachting Festival is unique in that it allows sea trials to take place during the show, and is one of the few yacht shows in the world where this takes place. This makes it primed for prospective clients looking to get out on the water and get a feel for a yachts' performance.
The event is split between Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto, and invariably includes a stellar selection of yachts making their global debuts. This is a huge draw for many attendees, and further cements the yachting festival's reputation as one of Europe's leading in-water boat shows.
2021 will see a huge variety of boats in attendance. These range from sailing and motor yachts to multihulls, tenders and day boats.
The 2019 edition of the event saw a new zone introduced to specifically cater to sailing vessels, and this new feature has proved popular since its inception. Located in Port Canto, the dedicated area provides more range and diversity for attendees to browse.
Around 100 yachts measuring over 23m are put on display each year. Most are located in Vieux Port, however a sales and brokerage zone in Port Canto means that they are divided between the two; a complimentary water taxi service is on hand to provide seamless transfers between the ports.
The Cannes Yachting Festival is a great opportunity to network, and regularly attracts serious clients, industry professionals and boating enthusiasts.

However, the show also has a variety of fun social events, including the Concours d'Elegance, which sees a fleet of vintage boats take to the waters to be crowned the winner.
