Virgin Gorda will play host to the racing and social events that are part of the Caribbean Superyacht Regatta.
Hosted by Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and BIM, the event will take place over four days and will once again be sponsored by luxury brand Loro Piana.
Racing will be competitive in both the Performance and Cruising classes and are variety of skill sets are expected to attend - from previous winners to complete newcomers.
Many come to witness the Caribbean Superyacht Regatta each year, but it is not only the racing the draws people in. The social events that accompany the regatta are renowned and will be centred around YCCS Clubhouse.
2013 will see a slight change to the regatta, with participating yachts being able to race in the Loro Piana Superyacht Trophy, due to depart Virign Gorda on 25th March towards St. Barths and the St. Barths Bucket Regatta.
