Sure to bring a discerning crowd to Florida once again, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is set to return between the 3rd and 7th November.
With a wholly redesigned exhibition space and a number of returning favourites, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2016 is set to generate plenty of excitement when it returns later this year.
Now in its fifty seventh year, the event is the largest in-water boat show in the world, with berths available for both larger motor yachts and sailing yachts.
Spread over seven locations, visitors can expect to see around 1,500 vessels, with everything from superyachts to the latest and most impressive tenders receiving plenty of exposure.
Placing a great deal of emphasis on private yacht charters, the show will also be hosting a range of seminars on how to attract visitors to the region.
Growing year on year, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is a simply umissable superyacht event
Hinting at the additions included in this year’s edition, Brett Keating, the vice president of consumer marketing for the event, stated that: ‘many exhibitors and attendees have shared some great ideas with us and we’ve been able to activate many of them’.
Aiming to improve the overall experience of the show, organisers have also focussed on gathering together a collection of experienced industry figures to provide informative talks at the various receptions.
Expected to draw out over 100,000 visitors, the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show will naturally have everyone talking about the charter possibilities which abound along America’s east coast. Indeed, with the likes of Miami nearby and New England just a little further north, there’s so much worth celebrating when it comes to America.
