Newly refitted 45m XANA set for Mediterranean yacht charters

Following an extensive rebuild project at the Navinco facilities in Piraeus, Greece, the 45m/148ft Codecasa yacht XANA is now receiving her final touches before being handed over to her Owners, complete with a host of impressive changes to both her interior and exterior design. It is anticipated she will be immediately available for luxury yacht charters around the glorious regions of the Mediterranean this August.

Originally launched by Italian yard Codecasa in 1994, she was purchased by her new Owners in 2017 and handed over to naval architect Navinco within months to begin her extensive refit. This included adding an extra 5-meters to her stern thus allowing for a complete refiguration of her deck spaces to incorporate greater charter-focused amenities.

Her interiors have also been completely transformed and now showcase a crowd-pleasing neutral scheme of warm taupes and creams, with enlarged windows acting to emphasise these spacious living areas.

Luxury yacht Xana provides accommodation for 12 guests in her 6 beautifully redesigned suites, incorporating a generous main deck master suite and further large VIP located on her upper deck. The rest of the accommodation is laid out below on her lower deck.

New charter-focused areas

As a result of her extension, a tender garage has been added freeing up space on her decks to incorporate a host of additional features, including a newly refurbished sundeck – showcasing her new "X" for XANA arches – replete with a Jacuzzi, sumptuous loungers and convivial bar area.

She also boasts a generous swim platform and extensive toy locker full of the latest gear for fabulous adventures above and below the warm Mediterranean waters.

Xana also enjoys a top speed of 20 knots coupled with a shallow draft, making her the ideal yacht for exploring the gorgeous island clusters and shallow blue lagoons of the Aegean.
