It’s no secret that superyachts chartering this summer has been considerably more competitive than in previous years, with industry experts proclaiming that the season has gone very well. With most charter yachts booked, YachtCharterFleet bring you the latest on the yachts still with remaining end of season availability across the globe.
See our handpicked selection of charter yachts with late season availability across size categories below!
60 METRE+: Sailing Yacht ‘Maltese Falcon’
Largely considered a showpiece from the Perini Navi shipyard, 88m/289ft superyacht ‘Maltese Falcon’ was delivered in 2006 to critical acclaim, with around ten titles to her name – including ‘Sailing Yacht of the Year’ at the 2007 World Superyacht Awards. The Ken Freivokh-designed build is renowned for her innovative technology, including her revolutionary DynaRig sailing system, which features 3 self-standing, rotating masters with 15 sails totally a huge sail area of 2,400 square metres.
She still has availability on her charter calendar at the start of October for Mediterranean cruising and can accommodate 12 guests in 6 modern-styled cabins. Standout features include her oudoor cinema (the largest on the charter market) and her onboard massage therapist, with toys including Seabobs, Waverunners and inflatable waterslide.
60 METRES: Motor Yacht DREAM
Another award-winning possibility is 60m/197ft charter yacht DREAM. Refitted extensively indoors and outdoors in 2013, she is open for a fun, relaxing charter in September with flexibility on location. Charterers can take their pick between Croatia, Montenegro and southern Italy for a vacation, with Zero Speed Stabilizers ensuring the utmost stability. Favoured for amenities like her yoga and massage facilities and 103’ sky lounge cinema, her contemporary styled, open plan interior accommodates 12.
Home to a Jacuzzi and several sun lounging and al fresco dining areas, with the opportunity for waterslide activities also on offer from her sundeck.
50 METRES: Motor Yacht ‘Rima II’
Relaunched in 2014 after a comprehensive refit, including the fitting of Zero Speed Stabilizers, 50m/162ft superyacht 'Rima II' offers an enticing blend of modern interior styling, the latest entertainment systems and a lavish upper deck master suite, offering stunning views.
Showcasing the finest Italian skill from Benetti shipyard, she comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 7 staterooms, in a flexible layout of a master suite, VIP stateroom, two double cabin, two twin cabins and a single cabin – perfect for families. Rima II is looking for bookings from 26 August onward for cruising in the Balearic sunshine in hotspots such as Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca.
40 METRES: Motor Yacht IMPETUOUS
Feeling deceptively larger than her 37 meters (120ft), luxury yacht IMPETUOUS is available for a round-trip charter for up to 9 guests in New England this September. Available with no delivery fees, she provides a traditional, mahogany-panelled setting to a vacation exploring Newport, Rhode Island, with all the benefits of modern amenities – including a Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gym and the latest entertainment systems.
Toys for family and friends to take advantage on board include Waverunners, water-skis, a wake board and snorkelling gear, with gym facilities also available. A Jacuzzi, bar and barbecue area on her sundeck leave no guest wanting whilst soaking up the sunshine.
30 METRES: Motor Yacht LIMITLESS
Also ready for luxury charters in New England is the 30m/200ft charter yacht LIMITLESS, which will be based in Newport throughout September. Benefitting from a refit last year, she can reach a top speed of 21 knots for exploring sights surrounding Rhode Island. Classically styled, she provides spacious accommodation for 9 guests in four cabins, including a master suite, two double cabins and a twin cabin, with one Pullman berth.
As well as games consoles and karaoke facilities indoors, guests on LIMITLESS can also enjoy a dip in her Jacuzzi and dine on freshly-caught fish from her barbecue whilst outside in the sun. Boasting an impressive range of water toys for a yacht of her size, she offers Waverunners, kayaks, water-skis, stand-up paddleboards and a tube for guests’ enjoyment.
