After the success of the first SO! DALIAN yachting and luxury lifestyle event in 2014, the organisers China Rendez-Vous have now announced the schedule for the second edition which will take place between the 18th and 21st June 2015.
In July of this year the SO! DALIAN event made its debut as the first ever superyacht show in North China in response to demand from a growing market in Asia. The show featured an impressive line-up of luxury yachts including a number from the global charter fleet as well as some unique offerings from the world of luxury.
Delphine Lignieres, Founder & CEO of China Rendez-Vous commented on the 2015 event: “The ambition for ‘SO! DALIAN’ is to promote and develop the boating industry in Northern China and to bring more people to the sea. China Rendez-Vous is looking to achieve that through a rich cultural agenda and the Beach Polo Tournament which is closely linked to a secular tradition of horse riding in the Northern China. We want to bring together active horse riders, polo players and sailors to share their sport and values.”
The 2015 SO! DALIAN will again be hosted the newly completed Donggang Marina (East Port Marina) in Dalian, Liaoning. It will feature more exhibition space in order to welcome more exhibitors and yachts in addition to a new “Art in Dalian” to debut the events first International Contemporary Art fair.
