The Monaco Yacht Show is set to introduce a new Designer Gallery at its 2026 edition, creating a dedicated space where visitors can meet the creative minds behind some of the world's most extraordinary yachts.
The new showcase replaces the former Yacht Design & Innovation Hub with a unified platform designed to bring yacht designers together and make it easier for visitors to explore the latest concepts shaping the future of superyachts.
Taking place from September 23-26, the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show will bring together over 100 superyachts in Port Hercule, plus more at anchor in the Bay of Monaco.
Now celebrating its 35th anniversary, the Monaco Yacht Show remains one of the most important events on the international superyacht calendar. Since 1991, Port Hercule has provided the backdrop for a showcase of new launches, established superyachts, luxury tenders and the latest innovations from across the yachting industry.
For prospective Mediterranean yacht charter guests, the show also provides a unique opportunity to view some of the most luxurious and largest yachts for charter. The concentration of superyachts in Port Hercule makes it possible to compare different yacht styles, layouts and onboard facilities in a single setting, while meeting the brokers and industry professionals responsible for bringing these yachts to the charter market.
The headline update for 2026 is the launch of the Designer Gallery, a new space dedicated to yacht design and innovation.
Previously presented as the Yacht Design & Innovation Hub, the redesigned concept brings participating designers together on one continuous platform. Rather than being divided across separate exhibition areas, the new layout is intended to create a more seamless experience, allowing visitors to move between different studios and engage directly with the people responsible for developing the next generation of yachts and superyacht charters.
The gallery will provide an opportunity to explore new design concepts and discuss the creative process behind yacht interiors, exteriors, naval architecture, and onboard environments.
The lineup includes internationally recognized names such as Argo Navis, Barracuda Yacht Design, Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, Cor D. Rover Design, Dixon Yacht Design, Espen Oeino International, Frers Design, Hoek Design Naval Architects, Hydro Tec, Lateral Naval Architects, Philippe Briand Ltd, Pininfarina, Van Oossanen Naval Architects and VPLP Design.
The Designer Gallery will be located within the Dockside Area, bringing the designers closer to the superyacht and tender displays. Organizers of the Monaco Yacht Show say the new format is intended to give the creative process greater prominence while making it easier for visitors to continue conversations with the designers behind the projects.
Adjacent to the Designer Gallery, the MYS Immersive Experience by VBH will provide another new way to experience yacht design.
The interactive 3D installation has been developed with participating designers and shipyards, allowing visitors to virtually step aboard yacht projects and experience how their concepts translate into finished environments.
The experience will also include SENSE by VBH, a 360-degree installation designed to demonstrate how technology can influence the atmosphere onboard through elements including sound, light and scent.
Together, the Designer Gallery and immersive experience are intended to give visitors to the Monaco Yacht Show a closer look at the creative and technological processes that shape modern superyachts and luxury yacht charters.
The scale of the yachts on display is particularly impressive, with the 2026 fleet including yachts exceeding 100m in length.
