Formerly known as EH2, the 120'9" (36.8m) Benetti superyacht PH2 is undergoing a 2026/27 refit ahead of her summer 2027 Mediterranean yacht charter season in Italy and France.
Alongside the name change, the seasoned Benetti charter yacht is adding a 13.5m BLUEGAME BG42 chase tender to her inventory, giving charter guests another way to explore the West Mediterranean.
Built in 2022, luxury yacht charter PH2 accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins and is supported by a crew of seven. Her charter offering combines generous outdoor living areas, a beach club with direct access to the water, and a flexible cabin arrangement suited to families and groups of friends.
PH2’s exterior spaces are arranged to give guests several options for spending time outdoors, from relaxed afternoons on the foredeck to swimming and watersports at anchor.
A custom Jacuzzi is surrounded by sunpads, while a private, cocoon-style observation area above the hardtop provides a more secluded spot to take in the views while cruising along the French Riviera or at anchor.
At the waterline, the beach club and generous swim platform make it easier to move between the charter yacht and the sea. These spaces also provide a natural base for using the yacht’s watersports equipment, with the crew able to help guests make the most of their time spent at anchor.
The addition of a 13.5m BLUEGAME BG42 is one of the key announcements ahead of PH2’s next charter season. Chase tenders can extend the options available to guests beyond the main yacht, supporting shore transfers and coastal exploration for action-packed Mediterranean yacht charter itineraries.
PH2’s watersports inventory also includes a Sea-Doo personal watercraft, an underwater scooter, an e-foil board and an inflatable paddleboard. Guests can also choose from waterskis, a wakeboard and several towable inflatables, including a sofa, disc and two-person donut.
Inside, motor yacht charter PH2 currently features interiors by Italian design studio Lazzarini Pickering, with Loro Piana fabrics and natural light helping shape the onboard atmosphere. The design is complemented by living areas intended for both shared time and quieter moments away from the main social spaces.
The yacht’s indoor and outdoor areas give charter groups flexibility throughout the day, from gathering inside to relaxing on deck or heading down to the beach club. The current refit is scheduled across 2026 and 2027, although further details of the work being undertaken have not been provided.

In her overnight areas, PH2 welcomes up to 10 guests across five cabins, including a spacious full-beam master. The remaining four cabins can be configured as twins or doubles, allowing the layout to accommodate different combinations of family members, couples, or friends.
A crew of seven looks after guests throughout the charter vacation, supporting onboard service and helping coordinate time on the water and ashore.
PH2 is scheduled to be available for summer 2027 charters in the West Med, with France and Italy yacht charters listed as cruising options. Depending on the agreed itinerary, guests can plan time along the coast and around the region’s islands, combining shore visits with days spent swimming and using the yacht’s watersports equipment.
With the name change to PH2, a refit underway and the BLUEGAME BG42 joining her tender inventory, the Benetti Motopanfilo 37M charter yacht is preparing for the next summer season with a charter setup built around flexible accommodation and access to the water.
