Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo

The restaurant was opened in 2004 by Joël Robuchon who, with 28 Michelin stars to his name, was in 1989 awarded the coveted ‘Chef of the Century’. As one of the world’s most revered chefs, this opening was his first restaurant and since then he has succeeded in combining modern luxury befitting of the superyacht crowd with five-star hotel hospitality.

At the helm of the restaurants' Tepanyaki-open kitchen is renowned chef Christophe Cussac. Having previously worked in eateries along the French Riviera, his understanding and curation of Mediterranean food mean diners are in safe hands.

The menu, along with an impressive wine list, goes by the mantra of ‘you are what you eat’. Dishes are fresh and take a healthy edge to luxurious cuisine, focusing on the French Riviera’s seasonal specialities. Local produce and meats are utilised and seafood is, of course, exceptional, all displaying the beauty of classic French cuisine with a cutting-edge twist.

The decor matches the ethos of the menu, with an ambience of refined elegance that the South of France does best with a clean, modern feel so you won’t feel out of place stepping ashore while on your Monaco yacht charter.
