The organisers of the original Superyacht Show, which is held annually in Barcelona, are bringing their signature brand of boat show to the USA with the launch of the Superyacht Experience Palm Beach.
Hosted over five days at Rybovich Marina in Palm Beach, the first edition of the Superyacht Experience Palm Beach will welcome a stellar selection of US-based superyachts and a wide range of attendees.
The event is being organized by LYBRA, the Large Yacht Brokers' Association. The spin-off edition of the Superyacht Show aims to provide the same experience as the original; by avoiding an industry-exclusive format, the event will provide a more client-focused boat show for US consumers.
The Superyacht Show Palm Beach will be open to prospective buyers, yacht owners, charter guests and their representative brokers.
Over the course of the show, attendees will be able to tour the yachts on display and gain first-hand insight and a closer look at the local fleet.
The lineup will include luxury charter yachts as well as a selection of superyachts for sale.
Similarly to the original event, the show is organized by trade organization LYBRA, the Large Yacht Brokers Association. The Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) and Superyacht Life Foundation will also be collaborating for the inaugural event.
According to Raphael Sauleau, President of LYBRA, the show will have no crowds, no queues and no trade stands.
“This event is a completely different concept from anything currently in the market-place. " Commented Sauleau. "We will simply have a line-up of top-quality yachts available for private viewings.”
While there will not be a traditional number of exhibitors' stands, the show will still feature a select number of new designs and innovative concepts from leading shipyards.
Also on shore, there will be a strong social programme taking place around the modern luxury marina.
“Rybovich’s purpose-built superyacht facility is already home to many of the largest private yachts in the world,” continued Sauleau, “It’s therefore a natural place for us to invite and host yacht owners, buyers, and charterers.”
The event is not to be confused with the Superyacht Show Palm Beach event, which is an element of the Palm Beach International Show and runs on the Intercoastal Waterway behind Flagler Museum.
With so many boat shows in the region, this event marks the perfect way to explore all yachts for charter in Miami and surrounding areas.
