Playing With The Toys Of Superyacht TALITHA

21st November 2016

A superbly equipped superyacht, the 80m/262ft motor yacht TALITHA was originally delivered from Krupp Germaniawerft in 1929 before being completely refit to modern standards in 2008.

With the legendary Jon Bannenberg residing over her meticulous refit, TALITHA has remained a superyacht quite unlike any other. Indeed, whilst she has all of the engineering of a modern motor yacht, her interior retains the kind of glamour which is exclusive to the thirties.

More specifically, the warm colours and classically styled furnishings found in both the communal and guest spaces make her a real individual on the charter fleet. Though the original coal fireplaces have been replaced for more modern equivalents, there’s no question that she’s a lady of distinction.

Her exterior is just as impressive, with her vast proportions opening up space for plenty of alfresco dining and sunning areas. The sun deck is perhaps the crowning achievement of the yacht, however, with the spacious swimming pool providing room for guests to relax whilst at-anchor.

With a total of six exceptionally well-appointed staterooms, M/Y TALITHA is capable of sleeping up to twelve guests with an attendant crew of sixteen whilst away on a private yacht charter.
