Video: See 95m superyacht MADSUMMER hitting the water

A new video shows Lurssen’s 95m/312ft superyacht MADSUMMER being launched into the waters in Germany.

Known as ‘Project Fiji’ during her build, MADSUMMER was given an official name when was launched by Lurssen earlier this week.

Boasting four spacious deck and elegant exterior design from Harrison Eidsgaard, the superyacht’s mammoth volume and elongated profile can be admired in the video above.

Built for an experienced owner, the megaycht is packed with cutting-edge amenities. Among them, photos showcase the yacht’s sleek 12 metre pool on the main deck aft, as well her beach club area, which will feature a sea terrace and adjoining spa.

Her helipad is also visible on the bow, and initial reports suggest she will have her own hangar.

The superyacht boasts four spacious deck and elegant exterior design from Harrison Eidsgaard.

Laura Sessa have headed up the interiors of the motor yacht, and created a light and neutral ambience with plenty of natural light and glazing. She boasts accommodation for up to 20 across 10 generously-proportioned cabins

Upon delivery, MADSUMMER will rank in the top sixty in the World’s Top 100 Superyachts, sharing the spot with the Oceanco-built motor yacht NEOM.  Once delivered, she will join the 136m/446ft superyacht FLYING FOX, who was also delivered by Lurssen earlier this year. 

It is not currently known whether M/Y MADSUMMER will be available for private yacht charter.
