Built by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand, MARAE’s name originates from the New Zealand native Maori tribe and means a special meeting place for friends a family. An elegant pilothouse sloop, she won ‘Best Sailing Yacht 23m-36m’ at the International Superyacht Society Awards in 2005. Previously known under the name PARAISO, she was designed by the Fontaine Design Group and underwent a refit in 2009.
MARAE features traditional exterior lines alongside an interior of stained walnut and crisp white linens, with a main saloon offering comfortable seating and a dining area to seat up to six below. She offers accommodation for up to seven charter guests in three staterooms and carries a professional crew of four on board.
Sailing yacht MARAE is available to charter in New England this summer from $54,000 per week. Contact your preferred charter broker for more information.
