The beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua has started to welcome an impressive array of superyachts in preparation for the 54th annual Antigua Charter Yacht Show and the Yacht Charter Fleet team will be there too, reporting back on all the action.
Showcasing the world’s finest charter yachts, the trade-only event runs from 4th to 10th December, and is set to take place across the usual three show locations of Nelson’s Dockyard Marina, Antigua Yacht Club Marina and Falmouth Harbour Marina.
Yacht viewings take place daily from 5th to 9th December, providing charter brokers from around the world with the chance to check at the latest refits and new launches as well as meet the crews on board.
Plus, kicking off with a Welcome Cocktail Party on 5th December, a programme of Marina Nights will take place every evening on board a variety of superyachts.
In total, nearly 90 charter yachts are expected to attend the show and those already on the scene include the multi-award winning 57m/189ft sailing yacht TWIZZLE from the Royal Huisman shipyard, the James Bond-inspired 50m/163ft motor yacht ‘Casino Royale’ and Heesen’s 44m/144ft motor yacht ‘Seven Sins’, who will be showing off her new refit.
