Yachts are gathering at the DongGang Marina in the eastern port of Dalian in North China ready for the first edition of SO! DALIAN taking place from 3rd to 6th July. A host of events, such as the Beach Polo World Cup and marketing promotions will also take place.
More than 50 yachts from the global charter fleet are expected to be in attendance, to promote interest in the ‘boating way of life’ in Northern China and celebrate Dalian as a vibrant tourist destination. Yachts brands will include Azimut-Benetti Group, Beneteau, Sanlorenzo, Marquis Yachts and Sunseeker alongside representatives from leaders in the private jet and luxury industry.
Attendees to the 4-day event will enjoy 5-star dining from the nearby Shangri-La Hotel. Particular highlights include a SO! DALIAN Golf Tournament and a ballroom gala on the 5th July. Guest of honour shall be Philippe Normand, a reprentative of the Mayor from the renowned French city of Deauville, home of American Film Festival and international polo events.
