Designed with adventure and relaxation in mind, HEMISPHERE is the world’s largest luxury catamaran. Launched in 2011 by Pendennis shipyard, she is currently circumnavigating the globe and has now reached the wonderful cruising grounds of South East Asia.
Her sheer scale never fails to turn heads and equally as impressive is the level of luxury across her interiors and the range of on-board facilities. Now guests can experience this unconventional but truly magnificent charter option in destinations such as Thailand and the Maldives.
Take in the spectacular sights of the region from her flybridge, equipped with sunpads, a table etched with a map of the world and a beautiful mosaic-lined Jacuzzi. Alfresco dining is also available on the main deck aft, with the possibility to erect screens in windy weather and further sunning opportunities.
Guests can also unwind in the gorgeous sunshine on large trampolines that extend off the forward terrace. A springboard can also be erected on the starboard side for those who fancy a refreshing dip in the sea on their private yacht charter.
Michael Leach Design was tasked with creating six-star Polynesian luxury throughout the interior of charter yacht HEMISPHERE. Successfully fulfilling the brief, the UK design firm brought together a plethora of natural materials, from brushed oak and wenge to 18 different leathers and 15 types of stone.
There is also a huge emphasis on feeling relaxed and comfortable when on board. Split into several zones, the spacious main salon features raised seating to ensure stunning ocean views through the many windows and an oval dining table. There is also a smaller chill-out room for watching movies to port.
Two VIP suites are situated forward and can be converted into one full-beam master suite if a bigger space is desired. Both have direct access onto the forward veranda, while the other guest cabins include two doubles and a twin with two Pullman berths in the port-side hull.
Other highlights include a fully-equipped dive room offering air and nitrox fills, and two PADI certified instructors form part of the crew. There is also a wide selection of water toys, including water skis, paddle boards, water scooters, windsurfing gear and jet skis, to explore the coast.
