This fantastic video of superyacht ‘Quattroelle’ at the 2013 Monaco Yacht Show gives an exclusive look at Lurssen’s glamorous event on board to celebrate her launch and successful debut into the global charter market.
Following her recent launch, the 88m/289’ luxury motor yacht ‘Quattroelle’ was the largest yacht on display for her first year at the Monaco Yacht Show and has already completed a successful 10 weeks chartering in the Mediterranean and Caribbean over the summer season.
During the show, in a style befitting of this stunning superyacht, Lürssen Yachts welcomed aboard a VIP guest list for a glittering evening cocktail alongside their prestigious sponsors; Porsche, Eurocopter and DC Aviation. Champagne flowed and live music played into the night while guests got to explore her Nuvolari – Lenard designed interior that features a vast selection of comforts and amenities, from Loro Piana cashmere-covered walls to an on board art gallery.
It was also a world premiere for ‘Quattroelle’s’ striking zig zag design helicopter, a Rita Weber ‘collectable’ art helicopter creation which matches the yacht’s heli-pad of matching pattern. Thomas Hein, Vice President of Eurocopter describes the combination of this revolutionary superyacht project with the innovative helicopter and the super-luxurious interior as a continuation of one another to create a superior platform of quality. The video also features the lifting of the brand new record-breaking Porsche 918 Spyder prototype which became one of the highlight attractions of the event.
