Lurssen Charter Yacht SOLANDGE Undergoes Sea Trials

Launched in June, the 85.1 metre superyacht SOLANDGE (formerly Project Niki) is undergoing sea trials before her delivery.

An Espen Oeino designed motor yacht, charter yacht Solandge is the 62nd largest yacht in the world and has been testing her cruising abilities in the North Sea this week.

Lloyds registered, she features an interior designed by Aileen Rodriguez and is expected to accommodate 12 charter guestsin six staterooms with a dedicated deck for the master suite.

A Lurssen charter yacht, she features a large swimming pool, a helipad and a beach club and she carries an experienced crew on board.

The sea trials should confirm her estimated top speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles.

Solandge is scheduled to begin her charter career in the Caribbean this winter, but for the time being she is cruising in colder waters.
