By Rebecca Bradbury   25 September 2018

All hands are on deck in Monaco as crew members begin the final preparations to ensure their superyacht looks spectacular when the Monaco Yacht Show 2018 opens tomorrow morning. YachtCharterFleet is on the ground to bring you live photos of the action...

Close to 120 world-class superyachts are now lined up in Port Hercules and crew members can be spotted polishing the exterior paintwork, washing windows, buffing handrails and hanging out decorative bunting.

Such work is essential in order to provide the very best impression to the important visitors arriving at the show tomorrow and stepping on board for viewings.

As you can see from our pictures above, deckhands aboard the brand new 47m/154ft superyacht ‘Ocean Dreamwalker III’ from Sanlorenzo are hard at work on the swim platform beneath the helicopter perched atop the main deck aft.

Also pictured is another Sanlorenzo gem, the newly launched 42m/138ft superyacht GLOBAS, likewise being made to sparkle in the gorgeous sunshine by her crew.

Take a look below at the unique blue hue of the hull of newly built 50m/163ft superyacht LATONA from CRN. The eagle-eyed will see a crew member on her main deck aft tending to the glass doors that lead into the Zuccon-designed interior.

The 60m/197ft charter yacht PERSEUS^3 from Perini Navi has also been spotted in Port Hercules, with a crew member undertaking some final polishing on the port-side drop-down balcony.

Nobiskrug’s 68m/223ft charter yacht ‘Sycara V’ was also spotted glistening in the sunshine, with crew members ensuring everything on deck is ready to welcome guests aboard.

All these superyachts will go on display tomorrow as part of the Monaco Yacht Show, which runs until 29 September. Alongside the world-class superyacht showcase, there will be 580 exhibitors, leading industry figures and luxury brands in abundance.
