The 29m/95'2" motor yacht 'Sea Raes' (ex. Greybeard) was built by Farocean Marine at their Cape Town shipyard. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Pieter Beeldsnijder Design and she was last refitted in 2005.
Sea Raes has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3406B-DITA) 500hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 13 knots with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles from her 25,500 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 6,430 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
