The 40m/131'3" open yacht 'Paula & Biel' (ex. Misunderstood) was built by Overmarine in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Overmarine and she was completed in 2009. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Stefano Righini and she was last refitted in 2019.

Her low draft of 1.35m/4'5" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines.
