The 42.75m/140'3" motor yacht 'Why Worry' was built by Baglietto in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Aranhas and she was delivered to her owner in February 2012. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Francesco Paszkowski Design.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B) 12-cylinder 1,950hp engines running at 1835rpm, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 85,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 25,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠ A1, Yachting Service, ✠ AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
