The 174.87ft custom Sail yacht 'El Boughaz I' was built by Bath Iron Works in United States at their Bath, ME shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1930 and last refitted in 2006. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Gielow & Orr. Previously named Black Douglas, her luxurious interior was designed by John Munford.
El Boughaz I offers accommodation for up to 12 guests. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
El Boughaz I features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks.
Powered by 2 Volvo Penta 359hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers sailing yacht El Boughaz I is capable of a top speed of 11 knots, and comfortably cruises at 8 knots when powered by her engines.
