The 80.16m/263' classic yacht 'Norge' (ex. Philante) was built by Camper & Nicholsons in the United Kingdom at their Gosport shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Finn Nilsson and she was delivered to her owner in June 1937. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Charles E. Nicholson and she was last refitted in 1986.
She is also capable of carrying up to 54 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Norge is built with a steel hull and steel superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Rolls-Royce Marine (KRMB-8) 8-cylinder 2,427hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 7,485 nautical miles from her 200,000 litre fuel tanks at 14 knots. Her water tanks store around 125,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
