The 78.57m/257'9" classic yacht 'SS Delphine' (ex. Delphine) was built by Great Lakes Ew at their Detroit, MI shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Tiffanys Of New York and she was completed in 1921. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Henry J Gielow and she was last refitted in 2016.
SS Delphine has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests in 12 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 27 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include a gym, deck jacuzzi and air conditioning.
SS Delphine is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with steel/teak decks. Powered by twin coal Great Lakes Ew (Steam Engines) 1,001hp engines running at 150rpm, she comfortably cruises at 9 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 2,500 nautical miles from her 250,000 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store around 49,660 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
