The 118.11ft custom Motor yacht 'Captain Z' was built by Baglietto in Italy at their Varazze shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1988 and last refitted in 2002. Stefano Righini is responsible for her beautiful exterior and interior design. Previously named Ilios,
Captain Z's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests overnight in 4 cabins, comprising a master suite, 2 double cabins, 1 twin cabin and 2 pullman beds. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard in 3 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Captain Z features a planing aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
Motor yacht Captain Z is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience underway.
Powered by 2 MTU (12V396TB93) 1,960hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht Captain Z is capable of a top speed of 29 knots, and comfortably cruises at 24 knots. With her 29,300 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,200 nautical miles at 14 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,000 litres of fresh water.+ Read More
