The award winning 52.41m/171'11" sail yacht 'Tamsen' was built by Perini Navi in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Ron Holland Design and she was delivered to her owner in July 2007. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Perini Navi and she was last refitted in 2026.
Tamsen has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in 5 suites. Additionally, there are 6 staff cabins aboard. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Her features include a movie theatre, satellite communications, underwater lights, deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.
Tamsen is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 12-cylinder 1,100hp engines running at 2100rpm, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 3,400 nautical miles from her 45,700 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 12,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules.
