Located 200 miles north of the French Polynesia Society Islands, the remoteness of the Tuamotu chain of atolls creates a diverse and unspoilt environment for a huge variety of marine life to inhabit. Born from coral, emerging just enough to create beautiful lagoons, each of the atolls is surrounded by steep drop-offs and cliffs overlooking vast expanses of ocean.
Coral walls covered in magnificent flora and dotted with countless caves are home to countless fish and crustaceans. The lagoons of these atolls are hailed as some of the richest in fish in the world and are UNESCO protected.
