Built in 1943 as a U.S. military vessel, the Pacific Yellowfin traversed the globe, eluded detection, and stored her mysteries. After accommodating millionaires, mischief-makers and rapscallions, she makes an inspiring and wonderfully adventure-worthy vessel to enjoy your own expedition. Today, she is owned by charismatic storyteller Captain Colin Griffinson.
Enter your personal sanctuary in one of four premium cabins. Spy views of the wild BC Pacific coast floating by through the portholes. Admire the historical splendour of gleaming wood panelling and fun nautical nuances. Family-friendly rooms are located on the lower deck, while our staterooms on the middle and upper decks are prime for those extra-special occasions.
On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, particularly a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand.
Built with a wood hull and wood superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Atlas Imperial engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots.
Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard Pacific Yellowfin. Principle among these is a waterslide letting guests speed from the sun deck to the water in seconds. In addition there are three waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Additionally, there are three wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. If that isn't enough Pacific Yellowfin also features kayaks, paddleboards and scooters.
