Sheikh Mohammed Visits Dubai International Boat Show 2017

By Oliver Pearson   3 March 2017

Bringing even more prestige to the third day of the Dubai International Boat Show, Sheikh Mohammed, the prime minister of the UAE, arrived with a party of special guests.

Helping to mark the twenty fifth edition of the Dubai Boat Show in style, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum joined the discerning visitors at the Dubai International Marine Club earlier today.

As the Emir of Dubai, his presence was incredibly well-received and helped to build on an already vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Known to have an interest in motor yachts, there’s no doubt that his presence was of great importance to the exhibitors on hand this week.

Now approaching its final two days, the show has generated a considerable buzz across the industry, with various shipyards reporting a strong turnout.

With both the 77m/253ft motor yacht ‘Silver Fast’ and the 70m/230ft luxury yacht JOY on hand to tempt charter guests, there’s also plenty of talk regarding the upcoming summer cruising season.

As the show continues into the weekend, YachtCharterFleet will continue to provide ongoing news updates along with coverage across all social media platforms.

Giving his presidential seal of approval, Sheikh Mohammed has brought even more glamour to the Dubai International Boat Show 2017
