Latest: 115m Lurssen mega yacht ENZO undertakes sea trials

By Nina Done   28 September 2021

After hitting the water for the first time in June, the 115m/376ft Lurssen yacht ENZO is currently preparing for sea trials from her base at the yard's facility in Germany, before being delivered to her Owner later this year.

Showcasing a sharply raked bow and tapered stern, her exterior and interior design is helmed by Nuvolari Lenard, marking his third collaboration with Lurssen, and the Owner's second yacht with this technical team.

Her vast 17.8m/58ft beam adds to her substantial length for an exceptional range of living spaces tailor-made for supreme relaxation and entertainment across her decks.

The brief was to create a family-oriented yacht with a focus on healthy living, featuring an array of sports and leisure amenities, including an "extra-large" skylounge gymnasium offering sweeping views of her surroundings.

She also comes equipped with premium wellness facilities on her lower deck.

ENZO provides accommodation for 14 in 7 luxe suites, including an "innovative, full-beam Owner's suite duplex".

She also boasts state-of-the-art systems and a raft of eco-friendly credentials, including a heat recovery system to warm the swimming pool and Dynamic Positioning to enable electronic anchoring to protect vital seagrasses and other delicate marine environments, plus keeping the yacht steady to aid helicopter landings in rough conditions.

She is due to be delivered to her Owner in November 2021. At this stage, she is not expected to be made available for charter.
