The 25m/82' catamaran yacht 'Ultra Vires' was built by Two Oceans Marine at their Cape Town shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Onnah Design and she was completed in 2016. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Du Toit Yacht Design.
Ultra Vires has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Ultra Vires is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Cummins (QSB 5.9 MCD) 305hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 9 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 9,000 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her low draft of 1.19m/3'11" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,500 Litres of fresh water.
