Her interior is styled by design house Studio Faggioni Yacht Design and she was completed in 2006. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Studio Faggioni Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2020.

Akilis has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Akilis is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel Baudouin (6M26) 2,550hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 6,000 nautical miles from her 33,300 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
