The 50m/164'1" motor yacht 'Ruwan Yaru' (ex. Ogina Brereton) was built by Feadship in the Netherlands at their Kaag shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house De Voogt and she was completed in 1975. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of De Voogt.
Ruwan Yaru is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Her low draft of 1.98m/6'6" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
