The 28.04m/92' expedition yacht 'D'Nice' (ex. Heaven's Gate) was built by Allseas in the United States at their San Diego shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Tim Alls and she was completed in 2010. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Bruce Culver.

D'Nice has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 2 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

D'Nice is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with grp & teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Cummins (KTA19-M3) 600hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 7,000 gallon fuel tanks at 10 knots. Her water tanks store around 1,000 Gallons of fresh water.
