The 191.40ft custom Motor yacht 'Hasabi II' was built by Welding Shipyards in United States at their Norfolk, VA shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1950 and last refitted in 2006. Previously named Danginn,
Hasabi II offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. She is also capable of carrying up to 20 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Hasabi II was built in 1950 as Danginn for the Texan oil millionaire Daniel K Ludwig, she was later acquired by the renowned Greek shipowner John Latsis for use by his daughter. In 2006 she underwent a major refit including a new contemporary interior, and was renamed Chrysalis.
Hasabi II features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
Powered by 2 Sulzer Ltd 950hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht Hasabi II is capable of a top speed of 14.00 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13.00 knots. With her 83,270 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 0 nautical miles. Her water tanks store around 78,000 litres of fresh water.
