The 38.3m/125'8" motor yacht 'Aries' (ex. Fugitive) was built by Northcoast Yachts in the United States at their Tacoma shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Adriel Design, Inc. and she was completed in 2010. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Paul Frederickson and she was last refitted in 2018.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32 ACERT) 1,925hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 18 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots with a range of up to 2,750 nautical miles from her 28,009 litre fuel tanks at 18 knots. Aries features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 3,785 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
