The 43.6m/143'1" sail yacht 'Svea' (ex. J-S1) was built by Claasen Shipyards in the Netherlands at their Zaandam shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Pieter Beeldsnijder Design and she was completed in 2017. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Tore Holm.
Svea has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Svea is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel Scania (DI13 070M) 437hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 8 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots with a range of up to 2,200 nautical miles from her 8,450 litre fuel tanks at 8 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,780 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
